PRINCIPALS
Nick Armstrong
Principal
Nick Armstrong is primarily responsible for the firm’s investment and asset management activities. Prior to Northway Commercial he was a member of the real estate investments team at TPG, a $246 billion AUM global private equity firm. While at TPG he was responsible for originating and closing on real estate credit investments across primary U.S. markets. Nick received his Bachelor of Science degree in Hotel Administration with a minor in real estate from Cornell University.
Daniel Hirschberg
Principal
Daniel Hirschberg is primarily responsible for maintaining strong capital markets relationships with investors and leverage providers. He is also a Principal and Co-Founder at Wickenden Partners. Prior to Northway Commercial, Daniel was a member of the equity and debt investments team at PCCP, LLC, a $12 billion AUM real estate fund manager. While at PCCP, he was responsible for the origination and execution of more than 50 transactions with a total capitalization in excess of $4 billion across the multifamily and industrial real estate space. Prior to PCCP, Daniel was a member of the real estate investment banking group at Macquarie Capital in New York. Daniel is a graduate of Brown University, where he was a starting member of the Men’s Varsity Tennis Team.
Cyrus Mojdehi
Principal
Cyrus Mojdehi is primarily responsible for overseeing the firm’s investment, development, and asset management activities. He is also Principal and Co-Founder at Wickenden Partners and serves as president of Northway Homes, a leading private homebuilder focused on value-oriented development and WP’s affiliated construction company. Prior to Northway Commercial, Cyrus was a member of the investments team at Madison Realty Capital, a $6 billion AUM real estate private equity fund based in New York City. While at Madison Realty Capital, he was responsible for the origination and execution of construction loans to developers in gateway markets across the US. Prior to Madison Realty Capital, Cyrus managed a multi-million-dollar residential portfolio for Alliance Real Estate, where he was responsible for building the operations to acquire, develop, rent, and manage single-family homes across the US. Cyrus is a graduate of both Columbia Business School and Brown University, where he was a starting member of the Varsity Water Polo Team.
